Firestone Complete Auto Care

Because of a canceled flight, I had to drive from ATL to the Lehigh Valley - and back. As I left the Valley in the morning, I noticed my low pressure light was lit for one of my tires. I also needed breakfast, so I was looking for both fast food and a gas station to put some air in the tire. But instead I found this Firestone location. I pulled in, asked what they'd charge to top off all 4 to get me 12+ hours home. They just did it with a smile and sent me on my way. Place was also clean as a whistle and all the employees were friendly and ready to help. If you ever need tires or service and are near the mall - or like me, across the street getting breakfast at Burger King - stop in and they'll take good care of you.

Your team is absolutely amazing! It was such a pleasure to meet everybody and have them service my vehicle. They truly went above and beyond and deserve nothing but the greatest recognition. I will definitely be using them from now on for all of my vehicles.

So this Lehigh Valley mall Firestone location, was super blessed to have, Manager Mark and Service manager Ken transferred from the airport road Firestone location and join this store. They were at the airport road location for years and where I had been getting my car serviced since 2021. The reason I trusted the airport road Firestone location is because Mark and Ken were top tier in customer service and were always honest and just an excellent team. This past weekend I needed an oil change and learned that Mark and Ken were transferred and that’s the only info shared. To be honest I cringed and almost didn’t want to leave my car with this new management. And after an oil change where oil appeared splattered on engine and other parts, their recommendations were also absurd as they were trying to tell me I needed new rotors and brakes, front and back when I know for a fact Mark and Ken kept me updated with legit recommendations every time my car needed an oil change or service. Well I called every Firestone in Allentown until I located the location Mark and Ken were transferred to. Now both at this Lehigh valley mall location, I called and came in today for a second opinion and su

come here at your own risk, they gave me a bad alignment TWICE might i add and over time it caused cupping on my tires. I went to my dealership (which i should’ve done in the first place) and they said that my tires are chopped up so bad on the insides it sounds like a wheel bearing issue when it’s not. they told me to go back to firestone to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation. when i did, MARK the manager insulted my intelligence and belittled my situation. he said things like “if you’re going to come in here with vinegar i’ll give it right back, if you come in with honey then we can maybe work something out” and “well you get what you pay for” and “you put in 5 dollars that’s all you’ll get back”. he then writes me up a quote for the same economic tires i did not want equaling out to the exact same cost of the tires i purchased here not even two years ago. so their solution to their alignment ruining my new tires i purchased from them? to buy new tires again for the same amount. saying they cut me a deal because i should’ve got “road hazard”. He kept mentioning this “road hazard protection” being the reason he couldn’t help me..when the tires started cupping due t

This is the best Firestone location in the valley. Great work, very friendly and respectful. I take all my cars there for oil changes, tires, diagnosis and more. I have recommended plenty of friends to go there and just wanna give a huge shootout to my friend CJ for always taking care of me and my friends and for giving me the green light to host one of my car shows in the lot 👊🏽
